Lacey has been in the hair industry for over 8 years specializing in blonding, specifically balayage, with a passion for wedding hair. When the opportunity arose to open her own salon in the RVA Arts District, there was no hesitation. With a strong reverence to the concept of Grace, Lacey saw the perfect opportunity to marry her skills with her belief that Grace can change everything. Client satisfaction, comfort and reliability are paramount to her mission and she is passionate about developing a dynamic team of stylists to share that mission with her. Approachable and genuine, she strives to build long term relationships with her clients and their hair. In her time away from the salon, Lacey delights in spending time with her husband Sean, 4 step children, and her dogs Auburn and Bailey.
