Cancellation Policy
All services are required to have a card on file at the time of booking.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within that 24 hour window, your card on file will be charged 50% of the booked appointment. If the appointment is a no-call no-show, your card on file will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period, if you are later than 15 minutes your appointment may be forfeited, and you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the missed appointment.

There are no refunds, and any cancellation fee will not be put towards any future appointments. Please keep in mind your stylist does not get paid when you do not show up for an appointment.

Service Guarantee Policy

Grace Salon guarantees every service performed. All services in which the client is unhappy with the service (at the fault of the salon or stylist) are eligible for one complimentary redo, by the same stylist or another stylist at Grace Salon, at the discretion of the salon. The stylist/salon must be contacted within 7 days of the services being rendered. Services are not eligible for refunds, only redo’s. 

Services that are not eligible for a redo are as follows-

  • Services that are rendered as requested by the client, and the client changed their mind afterwards

  • Services that may take multiple sessions to achieve the desired results, due to the client's current hair and/or hair history
